Article 1 : Object
These general conditions of sale determine the rights & obligations between the seller known as "provider" and the customer sold on the somauritius.com site. The Dygitale agency, owner of the So Mauritius brand, resells the activities on its e-commerce site, using Dygitale's reservation management system. As the So Mauritius e-commerce site is an Internet Distribution System (or marketplace), Dygitale cannot be held liable.
Article 2 : General provisions
The customer declares to have read all of these general conditions of sale, and to accept them without restriction or reservation.
Article 3 : Customer information
Customers acknowledge having received all essential information on the activity. The provider is responsible for the proper execution of the services offered. Customers receive confirmation of their order by e-mail followed by confirmation after validation by the service provider on the feasibility of the activity and choice of time slot.
Article 4 : Prices, costs and commissions
The prices of products sold on the somauritius e-commerce site are indicated in rupees and inclusive of tax, excluding specific costs announced on the product pages.
Article 5 : Online contract
By purchasing a service on the somauritius.fr site, the customer ensures the accuracy of the information concerning his personal data, the choice of service, the date chosen and the time slot. Any modification to a file already created may result in management fees from Rs 50 per person. Article 6 : Payment

Regarding ticketing-type services (Casela, Concert, the Color Valley), these services are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any purchase of a gift voucher is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Cancellations by the seller will be subject to a full refund of the service without charge.
